We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, accessories, and protective materials included
- Not show any signs of use, washing, or wear

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.

Returns for Change of Mind, Wrong Size, or Buyer’s Remorse

We accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets all eligibility requirements and prior return authorization is obtained.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product value. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before approval.

Made-to-order, personalized, intimate, hygienic, perishable, final sale, or custom items

These items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

Customers must contact us and obtain return authorization before sending any item back.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos or evidence.

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability and prior authorization.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

For change of mind returns, the final refund amount reflects any applicable restocking fees or deductions.

Orders may arrive in separate packages. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect.

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
